It's taken me 2 1/2 months to get really comfortable again with my running. I concentrate more on running for distance, rather than for time. I probably average 10-minute miles, but feel great after running.
When I went to NY I was running 6 miles a day and weighed 185; I came back from NY at 245 lbs. I'm at 202 now and running 4 miles a day... my goal is to get back to 6 miles a day. I don't really care about the weight, but I think it will level off at about 190, which is a good weight for me.
