Saturday

No More Slacking on the Blog!

OK. Ran 6.5 miles this morning on the Riverwalk. Lifted weights and ran yesterday.

Today I am picking up my bike from Arnold's here in town. Bill got the bike looking like new! I am so excited about this!

Rick gets home Monday. We start the 8 week training program Tuesday morning. He wants to lift weights 5 days a week, which will just absolutely wear me out. He is very strong but a little light on the endurance and abs... so his goal is 300+ on the Army PT test. My goal is of course a couple of marathons before year's end, plus a couple of triathlons thrown in just for fun.
