Another nice early morning run: 7.46 miles, starting at 4:30 am. 73° and about 70% humidity, but with a breeze. Clear skies and the moon's visibility made the run very nice. Miles 4, 5 and 6 this morning:

we don't want to talk about miles 1, 2, and 3... all I can say about them is that it's early in the morning and despite the coffee, I'm still waking up.
I'll try to swim at lunch, then lift weights tonight w/ my son.

I'll be moving to Columbus, GA in a few weeks. I'm hoping to do the tri at Callaway and I'm eager to find a (outdoor) pool for lapswimming.
Do you have any ideas?
Where do all the "swimmers" swim? Is there a 50m pool in Columbus?
The great new pool on Fort Benning opens June 29th. If you can't use that one, then the YMCA pools are open during the day for lap swimming. 25m, 25yd pools. Also there are neighborhood pools that you might be able to use.
