I got up like usual and was getting ready to run when all hell broke loose! I thought I was under a mortar attack, but it was just mother nature trying to kill me and everyone else in Columbus with one hellacious electrical storm. Oh well. Maybe I can run later.

Mike, just wanted to drop a line to say thanks again for help with fitting my shoes, I've really been enjoying your blog, and it's convinced me to start one myself so I can track historical data, etc.
