Monday

Good news~ I checked Thinnmann Online and saw that the 2008 Running Log has been created and is ready for download. And this year, it has totals for swimming and cycling distance. I'm using the Runner's World Online Training Log, but I always keep an excel version. Now I need to add my workouts to the new Thinnmann log.

So I can add todays' workouts: weight training in the morning, and tonight was a 4 mile run w/ 3 miles @ 8:00. My legs are feeling better and I feel sort of back on track again.
