Weekly Plan
Here's the plan: 5-6-5-6-5-8 = 35 miles. I have a pain in my left hip. I felt it Saturday after my run and all day Sunday. I felt it a little on this morning's run, espescially on the downhill portions. I'm not sure what is causing it.
