Did a 10-mile run this morning at about 9am, starting downtown (River Club area) and then running home. It took me past the TSYS entrance to the Riverwalk, up through the North Marina entrance, then past Brookstone, Britt David, the airport, and I finished near Mike's Bikes. Topped that off with chocolate milk and about 30 minutes in the pool.
