6.35 miles this morning at 4:30am. 79°F with 76% humidity. Ran w/ my 100 oz camelbak fully loaded so that I could start getting used to it. It's definitely heavier than the 70 ounce, but after a couple miles I didn't notice it. It's all relative anyway- if you're used to spending all day with a ruck on your back, I'm sure a 100-ounce camelbak is not a big deal. I don't ruck anymore, but still... the camelbak always weighs less the farther you run.
I forgot to mention that yesterday morning I was investigated by BATS at one point. At the bottom of a small hill there are some trees, in between 2 homes. As I ran past it I saw perhaps a dozen or more bats whizzing past my face.
